Likewise, we do not guarantee to clients that every candidate presented will be available or interested in a specific role.
6. Responsibilities of Employers and Clients
Clients engaging our services must provide clear job descriptions and specify necessary qualifications or health and safety requirements. Our full Business Terms and Conditions, provided upon engagement, detail our fees, placement guarantees, and payment terms which take precidence in commercial disputes.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Behaviour
You must not use our website to post misleading, offensive, or discriminatory content. Any attempts to disrupt the site's security, scrape data without permission, or misrepresent your identity are strictly prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban from our services.
